Why are volunteers receiving a scheduling reminder after the event?

The job that sends these reminders is set to be sent at 4pm: https://rock.scottsdalebible.com/admin/system/jobs/56

You can update this, but just know that it will update all reminders to be sent at that time - there's not differentiating group types by default, so they will all be sent at the same time.
