How come when I test the keyword within the SMS pipeline page, it returns the correct response with the correct link. But, when I actually send the text from my phone, I get an error?

That error is from the Legacy "Text To Workflow". I would inactivate all the defined values under the "Text To Workflow" defined type if you are using the SMS pipeline (which replaced Text To Workflow)
