This giving template for Christ the King https://rock.ctk.church/admin/communications/templates/52 uses a token for the person to be able to click on the button in the email and download the statement. No login required. When I send it to myself from my profile https://rock.ctk.church/Person/40503 it says the login token expired and I need to login. It appears that your token is for the page 444, but /ContributionStatement is connected to page 1010. Change the page to 1010 and the link should start working.
Also check the security settings to make sure the security setting in Rock is not blocking the Personal tokens.
