Dynamic label issue

Question 1

I am trying to help First Baptist with this Dynamic Label that includes their logo. I have used ZebraDesigner and got the label to look the way they want it in the program itself, see attached picture, however when I upload it to Rock the code that populates is crazy with no preview, see pic, and it won't print (The printer has a green flashing light and folder with an arrow icon)

Are you sure you're adding the ZPL (.prn) file from ZebraDesigner to Rock and not the lbl file? community.rockrms.com/documentation/bookcontent/10/… (Step 6 & 7)

I used http://labelary.com/viewer.html to load an image of the logo and used that as a base for the label. If you have the actual image you might be able to get a cleaner logo. I started the new test label here: https://rock.fbcn.org/admin/checkin/labels/100320 I didn't finish the merge fields but hopefully that will get it started.
