The Checkr background check workflow (https://rock.compass.church/page/136?workflowTypeId=22) saves the background check report to some profiles, but doesn't for others. I can't seem to narrow down when/why it works for some but not others.

Things I've considered:
does the person have a previous check/report document? (Samantha Barnes debunks this)
requestor/reviewer security issue? (most checks are run by the same person, Vanessa Kastler)
did the report result in an error or alert? (the workflow has the report being saved to the profile BEFORE it is reviewed per any alerts - this is an example: https://rock.compass.church/Workflow/78579)
It looks like this is an issue with v12 and Kate figured it out.
