Client: Emmanuel

Asana Task: https://app.asana.com/0/1202264289313423/1203879078587057/f

Folks are getting an error message like the one below when they go to THIS page to request log in instructions and enter an 'invalid' email address - one that is not recognized by Rock/not on their profile. (i.e. in my example I entered my personal email address, not my 9Embers one, and got the error)

This creates exception messages found HERE.

QUESTION 1: When I go to this page and into the block settings, I get a different 'www.eclife.org refused to connect' error message shown below. Why is this?

QUESTION 2: When this happens, could the error message that folks see be edited to be a little 'nicer' and more informative? i.e. tell them that the email they've entered can't be found in Rock?

This was caused by a miss match in the domain names between the URL and the sites domains. The site's domains was only eclife.org, but the host name used in the url was www.eclife.org. Adding www.eclife.org to the domain fixed the issue.

Also there doesn't seem to be a way to format the page errors to be nicer.
