Workflow Adding Children as Adults into Family

This workflow is creating a new person/family, but is adding the role of 'Adult' vs 'Child'. It's odd that the image of the person is of a child, and the birthdate and age are that of a child. Do I have to define that int he workflow in order for it to be set correctly?

Per David Turner:

That action that creates new person (Person Attribute From Fields) has birthdate fields. If birthdate is passed to the action it will create person as a child if they're under 18 and adult if they're over 18 or no birthdate field is passed. That workflow is not passing the birthdate fields to that action so every person created would get created as an adult.
