Trying to figure out the best way to provide a report to Hope City for children between the ages of 0-4 years old that have a birthday in the next two weeks so they can email the parents of those children.

I have built this dataview and created a dynamic report, but in order to email the parent they would have to export it the way it's built now, which I don't want them to have to do. I want them to be able to email from Rock. So what I've built won't work, I'm not sure how to get the parent listed first so you can email from the report, but the filters are filtering on the child's information and not the parent's.

I'm sure I'm missing something super obvious! Any suggestions? Or has someone already done this that can show me how they accomplished it?

This might work. I made a dataview of your data view but used the Post-Filter Transformation of "Parents". https://rock-dev.hopecity.ca/reporting/dataviews?DataViewId=26&ExpandedIds=C300 It returns a lot more people because it lists both parents. You could build a dynamic report on this. On the block settings of a New communication you can enable the "prevent Duplicate Email/Sms Address" if they don't already have this enabled. I hope this helps.
