Background check continues to receive errors on workflow attribute

I thought this was fixed earlier today but it's not. Background checks generated from a person profile with the type of Plus not Basic are coming back with an error. On the workflow log it shows:

Approved Activity (182348) > Activate Background Check Workflow Action (1393741): Error Occurred: 'Reason' is not an attribute key in the activated workflow: '{{ Workflow | Attribute:'Person' }}'

*Here are more details on how I broke this workflow:

They had a workflow attribute named Reason that was text entry. They wanted that attribute replaced with a single select attribute "Ministry Requesting...".

-I changed the key on the original to Reason1 and made it inactive. Made the key on the new question "Reason".

Now there is an error in Activity: Approved; Action. It's the 'Reason' key.

@TinaStephens , is this still an issue? In looking at the workflow history, it appears the requests are working.

@DavidTurner It is still an issue. The Basic background checks are working. The Plus option are not. A recent example is Madison Koenig rock.ctk.church/Workflow/84931 which shows an error on the log. I was previously under the impression these were working before I updated the Reason question I mentioned above. I was informed yesterday the Plus version has never worked.

Issue was resolved with update.
