How do I add connection from a workflow that's launched from an SMS transport like Clearstream?

I have a workflow that's connected to a text in a workflow in a client's Clearstream account. If a person texts in the word "Believe", a workflow should set a connection and notify the connector.w

The workflow needs an attribute of Person, then an activity of Set Person from Entity. The connection attributes are added as attributes too.

Then you can add the activity and actions. This will create a connection, update their mobile number to SMS enabled. (You can add a workflow to the connection to notify the connector).
