Statement Generator not printing Non-Cash gifts for Tax-Decuctible accounts

ISSUE:

St Luke's UMC TX (verson 13.7) allows giving to Tax Deductible funds with Non-Cash giving. A person for testing is Shea Morenz he gives Donor Directed Funds. https://rock.stlukesmethodist.org/person/24366

Using the Contribution Statement (Id 10) set in the Giving Configuration block you can generate a statement that displays their Cash & Non-Cash giving. The Statement template used here is the same as the one used in the Statement Generator. Crystal has verified the Template settings are correct. (https://rock.stlukesmethodist.org/finance/settings/contribution-templates/10) When running statements using the Statement Generator no statements are created if the giver has non cash gifts. Even their cash gifts are not generated.

VERSION 16.0 TEST

I have tested this in the 9 Embers Demo site with the same results. I can print the statement off the profile but not through the Statement Generator using the exact same template. There is only one template in the test enviroment. My test profile is https://demo.9embers.com/person/247/contributions

Is there a way to generate in bulk the Cash & Non-Cash Tax-Deductible giving statement for these types of contributions?

@DavidTurner @MasonKinyon @JasonGibb Do you think that Blenda should expand on the issue linked above since the test didn't really include her scenario? Also, what do you recommend as a fix in the meantime?

@BlendaCox , @MarissaEubanks I'm not able to reproduce this. When I use the statement generator for St Luke's and select Shea Morenze with 2023 dates, it generates a statement with his four non-cash contributions. It also works correctly in the demo environment as long as you un-check the option on the Report Settings that would exclude people without an address (your record in demo site does not have an address).

I suspect the issue is due to the settings you are using on the Report Settings config: If you have any amount in the Minimum Contribution Amount, they would need to have at least one cash gift.
