Any idea what may be causing these exceptions?

Additional info:

  • Check In is NOT running during the time of these exceptions (~7:30am).

  • No staff have been modifying any check in configurations during the time of the exceptions.

  • The only job that is running around this time is the Universal Search Re-Index job: https://internal.coe22.com/admin/system/jobs/29

  • I've recommended that they take a look at their Cloudflare settings to see what they have their timeout threshold set to - haven't heard back on this as of entering this item in SO.

@MasonKinyon Any other thoughts on this? They did have the same thing occur a couple of weeks ago during check in...

The reason I ask is because their check-in config is setup so that the kiosk will ask Rock for an updated config every 10 seconds. If they have 50 check-in devices, that would mean Rock would be asked for a config 300 times a minute. Maybe we can look into adjusting that setting to 30 seconds? The only downside is that if they close a classroom remotely, it could take up to 30 seconds for the kiosk to update.

@MarissaEubanks , I suspect these were related to the performance issues they were having. I don't see any of this type of exception in their log today. Can we close this question?
