When you click the button the page flashes but nothing happens. Could it be something wrong with the post back on the page.

I have checked security, Cleared the Cache, drained the Transaction Queue and tried setting up a second Schedule Transaction View block. Nothing has fixed the situation. They have a work around but it is a problem disrupting their work.

This works fine in Dev. The seurity permissions are the same as in the Dev enviroment and they are on the same Rock version in Dev

@BlendaCox , I just tried this and it worked fine for me. Did this get resolved already, or are they still having an issue. If so, can you provide the name of who it's not working for.

@BlendaCox , sorry I didn't see @MasonKinyon 's response in Teams prior to writing that comment. Probably just need to add a dev task like he mentioned.
