When you click the button the page flashes but nothing happens. Could it be something wrong with the post back on the page.
I have checked security, Cleared the Cache, drained the Transaction Queue and tried setting up a second Schedule Transaction View block. Nothing has fixed the situation. They have a work around but it is a problem disrupting their work.
This works fine in Dev. The seurity permissions are the same as in the Dev enviroment and they are on the same Rock version in Dev

It has not been resolved to my knowledge. Crystal Fleming is the person that is having the issue at St Luke’s. Can you impersonate her and test it again?
