The issue lies in the "Calendar Dimension Settings", found under Admin Tools->System Settings. This is because the AnalyticsSourceDate table is used when calculating a person's Age and Age Bracket. If the "Start Date" is too recent, it will cause ages to not calculate.

By default the fields are set to cover dates 100 years ago up to 100 years from now, but if ages are not calculating it could be that the dates were changed.
