Changing Person to Business error

For SBC I'm trying to change this person to a business https://rock.scottsdalebible.com/person/59408 using the "Convert Person/Business" tool at the top of this page https://rock.scottsdalebible.com/finance/businesses but I get this alert

Cannot convert person record to a business. Please fix the giving group and then try again.

How and where do I fix that?

There's a "Combine Giving With" field in the Advanced Settings section when editing a person's profile. It can either be blank, or you can select the person's family. You might just try saving their profile first, or change that field to combine giving with the family.
