Giving Receipt tokens not working

Question

This giving receipt for Southwest Church https://admin.southwestchurch.com/Communications/System/42 isn't working. Either the tokens aren't correct or it's not pointing to the correct page. Simple Donation noticed it was going to my.southwestchurch.com . I looked at the code in the message body but I'm not sure where to make these changes.

Southwest still can't get it to work. It appears the receipt was using my.southwestchurch.com. Do I need to change that somewhere

Who is it not working for (i.e. are they an admin), and what error are they getting. I don't see any reference to "my.southwestchurch.com" in their system email. Do you have a copy of the email you could forward?

The lava in that communication template was using the Public Application Root global attribute. The value for that attribute is https://www.southwestchurch.com/. The Acme SSL cert did not include the "www" subdomain. In only included admin.southwestchurch.com and southwestchurch.com. So when clicking on the link, you'd get the browser error about visiting an unsecured site. I added the www subdomain to the Acme cert and renewed it. I suspect that was the issue.
