Workflow not working

SBC:

When someone fills out the Alongside Ministries card on this page https://myrock.scottsdalebible.com/page/558?Item=59 it put them in this connection request

This workflow https://rock.scottsdalebible.com/page/136?WorkflowTypeId=404 (attached to the above connection) is supposed to send an automatic email to the person who signed up and update the connection to Connected. It's not working at all. What am I missing?

@TinaStephens , I would start by updating the workflow to automatically persist. If your workflow is getting an error (and I suspect it is), you'll never know unless it's persisted and you can check the status/logs of the launched workflow.

It ended up being the way I had the workflow was triggered with the connection opportunity. I had the workflow trigger "request started". I changed it to "request assigned" and it worked.

This workflow stopped working again. The triggers for the workflow from the connection didn't seem to be working correctly. I checked the exception log and found some errors. Then checked Github and found this https://github.com/SparkDevNetwork/Rock/issues/4920. Confirmed bug which is fixed in 13.4 where Request Started and Request Assigned are not working properly. Unfortunately 13.4 is early access and this church is not an early access church.
