Unable to impersonate Medium security profiles

Question

At SBC the security settings https://rock.scottsdalebible.com/admin/security/security-settings do not have any of the Personal Tokens disabled. Rock Admin's are unable to impersonate Medium security profiles.

I've also had browser issues with this. Chrome does not like to impersonate with v13. It will reroute to the designated page, but continue to be me instead of the impersonated user. Safari and Firefox work, plus I think Brave. I don't ever use Edge to know.

When I try it, the impersonation is working, it's just that their "Impersonation Start Page" setting on the bio block is set to redirect to the internal Rock home page and the person you are impersonating does not have access to that page. So as soon as you impersonate them, you get a security error. You can either just then go to the "myaccount" page, or change that setting to take them to the public "myaccount" page.
